This CCPA Compliance Notice provides detailed information about how LONE STAR NEXUS LLC complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Verification Process

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period.

Financial Incentives

We do not offer financial incentives for the collection, sale, or deletion of California residents' personal information.
